It would be helpful if you were able to determine if the unwanted movement is at the front or rear axle. If all those pass, then you may be looking at some kind of unwanted play or movement in the system which was missed in the pre-alignment inspection. If the car cannot be aligned within factory specs other issues may be revealed (out of tolerance components, bent components, bent sub-frame or frame). A pre-alignment check can often find failed bushings, ball joints or bent suspension components. If your tires are worn oddly it points to alignment issues. If the tire is not in contact with the road then other forces can push that corner of the car left and right without opposition.ĭo you have any suspension mods?
